Board Membership
Logan Gate Village is a Deed Restricted Community.
LGV Homeowner's Association is not a mandatory HOA. Currently it is strictly voluntary. The annual dues currently is $25.00 a year. When the developer built Logan Gate Village they did not use the foresight in establishing a mandatory HOA. We have not club house, no community pool etc.
Logan Gate was developed in four phases. Within the phases there were up to three units. If you look up your County property FOLIO number on your tax bill you can go to the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser's website and look up the legal description of your property. In the legal description the actual Phase and Unit is typically outlined.
Deed restrictions that apply to your property were issued under the Phase and Unit title in most cases.
The money collected from those residents that pay their dues is managed by a board. The money us used to hold civic events.
