Rick Pitrowski gave the management report. Road boarders with reflectors for Logan Gate Blvd. - will be done by the August meeting - depending on the weather. New sign for the front entrance island - approved. It will contain mention of a deed-restricted community and no solicitation. Community website - suggestion was made that it be painted on the Community message depot board. Flower planting - has been delayed due to the weather; however, it will be completed by the end of the month with the butterfly garden still in the plans. Bonds - Mr. Pitrowski verified that Ms. C.A. Kapono had indeed submitted application for bonds for Mr. Dufva, M. Kapono and herself. Pipe, valve and timer were replaced. Vandalism - center island at front entrance: 12" irrigation risers broken off. 6 additional heads also broken off. Website communication - C.A.
