Logan Gate Village Special Dependent Tax District
Logan Gate Village SDTD was established by Hillsborough County Ordinance 87-50.
The district was created for the purpose of continued development, administration and maintenance of residential properties for the unincorporated area known as Logan Gate Village subdivision.
A board of seven trustees are responsible for

Maintenance of walls and entryways |

Landscaping and beautification of common properties |

Oversight of Contractors |

Communication with residents |
|
Continued development and implementation of activities and programs that promote the overall quality of life and growth in community pride and volunteer involvement. |
Monthly MEETINGS ARE EVERY 4th MONDAY EXCEPT DECEMBER (NO MEETING IN DECEMBER) AT the Tampa Day School, 12606 Henderson Rd, just north of Logan Gate Village Drive.
